Turnaround/ Payment
S.H.O Custom Prints turnaround time is approximately 7 to 14 business days. Some orders may take longer in busy periods. Turnaround time begins when your invoice has been paid in full and proof approval has been received. we require full up-front payment on every order.

Copyright

If the customer provides their own logo, image or personalisation of text, the customer assures S.H.O Custom Prints that all logo's, images & text are not subject to any rights held by third parties. In such case the cost of any breaches of copyright, personal rights or rights to use of a name will be borne solely by the customer.

If there are any claims of copyright made against the product designed, the customer accepts full liability/ full responsibility. The customer also agrees for S.H.O Custom Prints to share the customers personal details to third parties who believes a copyright infringement has been committed, so the third party can make contact with the customer to discuss any infringement concerns which may possibly lead to legal action being taken, which as stated above lays solely with the customer and NOT with S.H.O Custom Prints.

Dislike of a design/ look or fit
S.H.O Custom Prints will NOT be responsible if you do not like the look or fit of a garment and/or the artwork printed on it. We will work closely with you to make sure the garment selected fits your needs and meets your expectations. However, we expect each client to do some research of their own before placing an order with
us.

Custom printed garments
S.H.O Custom Prints will NOT print personalised products containing content which is threatening, obscene, indecent, offensive, abusive, pornographic, discriminatory and liable to incite racial hatred.

Social media
We love printing and would like to show the work we do for you. Pictures are taken during production and we like to post some of them on our social media site Facebook. It’s a great way to show our skills and to spread awareness of your brand too. If you’re not comfortable with your garments being photographed and shared, please let us know while placing your order. No notification will constitute your full permission to post a photo of your garment(s).

Receiving your order
When you receive your item(s) from S.H.O Custom Prints, please check your order carefully and notify us of any problems straight away. If, for any reason, we made a mistake printing your order and it is NOT as agreed upon in your emailed proof approval and falls outside these terms and conditions, we will be happy to reprint for you. We will not be responsible for errors made by you the customer. Please check that all words are spelt correctly.

Cancellations
We do not offer refunds on custom printed garments, so you must cancel within 30 minutes of placing an order otherwise this will result in the garments being printed and a refund will not be offered.
However, you have the legal right to return S.H.O products only, within 30 days of it being received. The items must be in perfect condition, must not have been worn or any labels removed. 

Pricing
S.H.O Custom Prints reserves the right to change our pricing at any time and without notice. All orders are priced differently depending on a customers preference. 

Printing onto customers goods
S.H.O Custom Prints does NOT print on customer supplied goods.

Taking care of your garments
Do NOT tumble dry your garment(s).
Wash inside out at 40 degrees or lower.
Do NOT iron over the printed area, iron inside out on a low heat.

Postage
S.H.O Custom Prints are NOT responsible for lost/ damaged goods or any other problems that may occur during transit. And transit time is NOT included in turnaround times.
We will deliver the garment(s) ordered by you to the address provided to us when you placed your order. If any of the details you have given to us are incorrect, we are NOT liable for any items which have not been received.
